They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

”This place is a fabulous bargain. Amazing price with a really good breakfast included. There’s no skimping in care, the room was faultlessly clean, and was spruced up each day of our stay. This particular room was a little small but with a big, comfy bed. Perfect for a base to sleep when going out during the day. Staff on site where hard working and helpful. ”Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

”This was a last minute booking and the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a little wait until it was ready. The manager (Tanya I think?) was very helpful, kept us informed and gave us a free drink while we were waiting which was much appreciated. The room itself was good, it was ground floor and close to McDonalds but we couldn't hear any noise from outside. I didn't find the bed or the sofa bed particularly comfortable but it was fine for one night. The only thing that would have been...
