The staff was extraordinarily helpful and cheerful. We were impressed with the service from front desk staff, the concierge, the restaurant staff, to the bellman and the cleaning staff. The hotel is easily accessible to eateries, market, and sightseeing places.

Breakfast was the same for 6 days. Had trouble with the plumbing. Vanda did not honour the VIP. Location was at the foot of the Dragon bridge.

Awesome hospitality by the staff with a massage of your choosing from the package for each day.Location is superb and central, with adjacent streets having good offerings.Near the Dragon Bridge and Son Tra Night market.

the staff are excellent, all ways smiling and welcoming you. Room had a great view of the river and city, but could do with a little update. Breakfast was great with a 10.00am finish.

4일 여행중 2일을 이곳에서 묵었어요. 시설도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절해요. 조식도 괜찮은 편인데 다만 에어컨 소리가 커요. 처음에는 옆방에서 물틀어 놓은 소리인줄알았지만 에어컨소리더라구요. 그거 빼고는 완벽합니다. 16층에 배정받았는데 시티뷰에 석양지는것까지 너무 멋지고 좋았어요. 가격대비 정말 좋은곳인 것 같아요. 다음에 온다면 또 이곳에 예약할겁니다.

Nice hotel with amazing staff. Two minutes walk to Cham Museum and Dragon Bridge and plenty of dining options around. Very friendly and helpful staff, helped us booking our trips to Hoi An and Bana Hills.

Very convenient location next to the dragon bridge with many eateries and restaurants within walkable distance. We were also very impressed with the spa, we used their services 3 times during our 8 days stay. All staff are very welcoming, from the valet to the janitorial staff. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. I deducted one star for cleanliness because I don’t think they mopped our floor, but there were slippers available. Restroom was big and clean without the “wet shower” that you see in many Vietnamese hotels. We would stay again on our next visit. Thank you!

It was my second time in 6 months coming to the Vanda. I love this hotel! The grand suite is huge, great amenities and this time I got a view of the Dragon Bridge! The staff are always great and treat me like family including the front desk team, breakfast staff, the bellmen, the security team watching my motorbike and the cleaning crew that kept my room clean! Since I was working I had A LOT of stuff in my room!I will always come back to the Vanda every 6 months for sure! And I love the grand suite. Well appointed room with nothing lacking! I could be staying at the hotels by the beach but the area near the Vanda is so much more lively and fun!!! Oh yeah, I had an event at the rooftop bar and the view of the dragon bridge , table and waitstaff were great too!! Big shout out to Ms Binh from reception desk who always answered all my random crazy questions, Ms Linh Kieu the breakfast captain who alway took care of me at breakfast AND made me an iced Vietnamese coffee every morning and Van Khoa the security captain who always took care of my motorbike! Also the bellman who worked on March 19th at 8pm who got me off to the airport !!!!( forgot his name) thanks again Vanda, I will be back for sure!

The location is unchallenged. The area around the hotel has a number of attractions, such as a museum, the river promenade and Dragon Bridge. The staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. The breakfast is excellent. Crossing roads is a matrer of getting used to.

Vanda Hotel not only offers a comfortable and clean environment but also serves as a perfect base for exploring the city's rich culture and history. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of several must-see tourist sites including the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture, the iconic Dragon Bridge, the beautifully unique Pink Cathedral, the bustling Han Market, and near to Han River. The streets surrounding the hotel have many cafés and restos. The staff were accommodating and friendly specially Thong, An, Von, and Van Tuan who helped and provided me with luggage scale. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The room I stayed in was deligently maintained, with daily cleaning ensuring it remained fresh throughout my stay. Thanks to the small box of dark chocolate being supplied to me daily. I would highly recommend Vanda Hotel to anyone planning a trip to visit Da Nang, Vietnam.
