”The hotel is close to the Koen-Shimo Cable Car station so it is easy to reach. The staff was super friendly and helpful even though we don't speak Japanese and some of them didn't speak English. Big rooms and all the free drinks, snacks and pyjamas were a big plus! Room was super warm (maybe even too warm when we arrived) but you can manage the heater yourself. Dinner and the Japanese style breakfast were delicious. Great first ryokan experience for us! ”

”Very nice and well equipped family room, great place for family with car”

”Great”

”This might be important t8 some people. This hotel is so called "love" hotel. So people can spend only 3 hours here if they wang. BUT! It doesnt show, okey, lamps in the room you can choose to be red and there is porn on tv. I did like this place a lot. Rooms were HUGE and internet excellent. We had karaoke stuff in the room also and jacuzzi. We didnt have a car so it was bit difficult just with the busses but just outside of the hotel there is stop and there stops "Hakone free pass" busses...

”Best hotel experience i have ever had!”

”Kiva sekä siisti hotelli ja hieno puutarha. Varsinainen spa kadun toisella puolella eri rakennuksessa. Kysy respasta sinne pääsylippu. Aamupala/dinner hyvä.”

”Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.”

”Henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtista, huoneet kuten kuvissa. Ravintola oli todella hyvä.”

”Good price and location for the Fuji mountain, had a car so this hotel worked fine to tour the surrounding areas. Hotel is not very clean and had only smoking rooms available, but it was cheap and that was what we were looking for.”

”Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!”

”Beautiful accommodations but off the beaten path. Taxis were scarce but if you”
