”Nice quiet place to stay. Room was clean.”

”When I put in the search for amenities I specified I wanted a pool and this hotel did not have a pool. The smoke from the Canada fires were so bad the hotel smelled like smoke. I was not a good trip we couldn't even go to the beach due to the smoke and not having a pool was a complete disappointment!”

”Well maintained property fronting on a nice small lake with small private sand beach. Ideal for families with kids. Pontoon boats on docks block view of the lake on first floor units, but not a deal breaker. The check in procedure needs a bit of work, but it all worked out, would definitely stay again. Fish dinner at restaurant right down the street is to die for!”

”Room was clean and tidy but small. No bathmat, which was odd. The parking situation needs figured out...construction is taking up much of the lot and with the intended opening of their fourth building/cabins it will make this a tight squeeze if not addressed. Bar was never opened during our entire stay. I saw one fire pit open out of multiple and that was only on one night. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you want to be on east bay but with a complete lack of vibe it seemed a bit dull...

”If you're looking for a clean place to shower and sleep it's fine. The staff was helpful but there were some things that kept it from getting a better score. The person that works the front desk is the same person that handles the breakfast station. The tables did not get cleaned and the bathroom in the lobby was filthy. The room itself was clean but the toilet ran every 5 minutes, the air condition unitwas loud, I could hear stopping in the room above, the fire alarm in the room had a bright...

”Staff was wonderful and helpful! Room had everything I needed. Shower was clean. Bedding was dingy/stained. Everything else was nuce. Breakfast delivered to door was good.”

”The property was in an excellent place with great beach access. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is boxed and left outside your door. The rooms were clean and many have a view of the beach. Parking is free and easy to access. The only issue was service of the room. The notice in the room said it would be cleaned/refreshed every 3 days. However, we had to request this service. The front desk staff helped with this and the cleaning staff were very efficient in getting...

”This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”
