”I would take a picture of the room and the blankets on the bed every morning of your stay. I got charged $35.00 for taking a blanket that I didn’t take. I called and management would not remove the charge unless I shipped it back. How would I ship it when I don’t have it?”

”Greeting upon arrival was lovely. When calling down before checking out to say the Jacuzzi was broken & the shower wasn’t clean(mold, hair) the desk person wasn’t apologetic. Just said that the building was old & wanted to argue that the tub was fine. It was not. Very disappointing. View was gorgeous.”
