”Our Room was just beautiful. The hotel was directly connected to the casino so we didn't have to walk outside to get from our hotel room to the casino floor”

”Clean rooms, relatively up to date furnishings, breakfast is brought to your room and included. Beautiful views of the beach, nice common spaces to gather. Overall both times I’ve stayed here it has been a fantastic experience!”

”The property was clean and staff was very helpful. Pool was clean and warm. The room did not seem to be vacuumed but clean other then that. The shower head was terrible. Good pressure but sprayed in multiple directions. Breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious. ”

”We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.”

”Breakfast was great. Pool was cold and hot tub jets had no power at all. Toilet leaked on the floor, faucet was loose and moved around. No ice in the ice machine. No TV channel menu so was very hard to navigate. Probably won't recommend to anyone. ”

”This was one of my most favorite places that I have visited. I can’t wait to go back again. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. The room was very clean. We were there during some heavy snowfall and they were out there constantly snow plowing the parking lot so that we were able to get in and out.”

”Very nice anniversary stay with my wife. Fantastic property and good amenities. Many many pros and just a few cons Pros 1. Friendliest staff 2. Excellent dining. We HIGHLY recommend Aerie on the 16th floor of the Tower. Also, it’s an awesome touch that it is one of the few places that still has in room dining options. 3. Spa is Amazing! 4. Great indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, and basketball court. 5. Comfy bed. We stayed in just a basic king room but it had a nice fridge,...
