”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. ”I found some nail clippings on the carpet at the side of the bed. Wall was stained with a large coffee splash. Very poor soundproofing between rooms. Rooms and bed quite small, heating didn't work so room was cold. No fridge. Breakfast was particularly poor. Watery, tasteless orange juice. Bacon tasted only of salt, sausages cheap and tasteless, stale loaf left out from one day to the next.”

”Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice. ”

”The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to walk to many attractions such as the Trinity Market and The Royal Armory Museum. The staff were friendly and ready to help. The breakfast buffet included many hot breakfast items, as well as pastries, yogurts, and cereals. The gym overlooks the courtyard and was well equipped. ”

”Perfect for a cheap, central and comfortable one night stay. The room was big enough for one person for a night. The bed was comfortable, and black out curtains did the job well. I would stay again for a business trip. My only negative was arriving and asking for dinner at 20.10 to be told they only had one chef and he was too busy to make any more food. ”

”Great staff. Lovely breakfast in room for £5 tray charge (booked room rate with breakfast included). Central location but what let's it down was the loud music blasting all night outside till way after midnight. We were on the fifth floor and it was so loud I couldn't sleep. ”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”
