Maurin arvostelu
Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Huoneestamme oli upeat näkymät vuoristoon. Aamiainen oli aivan hyvä ja aamiaishuone rauhallinen, tilava ja viihtyisä. Iso plus kylpylässä on suomalainen sauna. Suosittelen hotellia lämpimästi.

We were satisfied during our stay. Some comments: receptionists did not know what they were doing, restaurant waiter forgot us twice and billing was incorrect, and there was no parking place for our car although it was reserved.

Laadukas ja rento vuoristohotelli
Hotelli on erittäin siisti ja huone tilava ja toimiva. Parvekkeella oli näkymä vuorille. Hotellissa oli hyvä, iso suomalainen sauna muiden saunojen lisäksi ja uima-allas oli sopivan suuri. Saunaosastosta pääsi myös ulos vilvoittelemaan! Suomalaisena saunassa yllätti pyyntö kulkea sauna-osatolla alasti, mutta eipä kukaan tullut valittamaan ,vaikka pidimme pyyhkeitä saunoessamme sekasaunassa. Palvelu on erittäin ystävällistä.Aamupalapöydästä löytyi paljon aitoja,terveellisiä perusruokia ja makuja.Nautimme patikointilomastamme ja rentouduimme hyvin laadukkassa, mutta kuitenkin rennossa ja ystävällisessä hotellissa.Hotellista oli lyhyt matka paikalliseen bussiin, jonka avulla liikuimme patikointipoluille.

We had a great experience at the Ameron. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in advising us on activities and transport around the area. The facilities were very clean and the spa area extremely good and welcoming, and never crowded. The location is quite convenient being just close to Parsenn and at 10 minutes bus ride to Jackobshorn. Recommend it!

Der Pool ist leider sehr kalt , aber gute Öffnungszeiten man würde sich freuen wenn man nach dem Tag im Schnee in warmes Wasser könnte Das Personal ist freundlich aber sehr bei sich ,man könnte so ein guten Morgen , bon giorno , allegra ruhig hören , leider sind am Frühstück jeden Morgen die Tische nie sauber gemacht worden, ich hab jedesmal selber das grüne microfiber Tuch genommen dass da noch lag um meinen Tisch einigermassen zu säubern, auch die Polster sind voller Krümel und caotina

Nice hotel but service was patchy and a bit bizarre at times. Beds for the kids weren’t made up for our arrival and then the receptionist ended up having to do it because housekeeping had gone home. Checkin was lengthy. A shame to have no real wood fire in the bar, just a weird artificial one that doesn’t put out heat. Spa manager shouted at the kids for being in the pool past 6pm when reception told us that was ok. Otherwise, nice rooms, location, food etc. just a bit haphazard on the service side.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war super, schweizer Standart. Parkmöglichkeiten, haben eine eigene Tiefgarage. Super Reise mit Hund, gibt Hundedecke und Näpfe. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful Hotel
We had a great stay. Family getting 2 rooms, we were told at check-in that the rooms were joined and they weren't. When asked if one room could change to give us joined rooms, they said it was not possible. We made due and still had a very nice time at the hotel. It has a lovely sauna area that is constantly maintained and clean. Breakfast was also very nice and a good variety. Staff really went the extra mile to assist with finding my spouse activities to do while we ski'd. They were great. The only downside to the whole stay was the unbelievable lack of TV channels. Tons of names of channels, only a few actually worked. And unlike other countries, we could not change the language of the movies. Wifi worked fine for everything we used it for.

Don’t know if i should stay again…
Nice hotel, good location but… Service during breakfast was 1 morning below zero! Breakfast from 7-10:30, we were at 9:30 there and a lot of things were not there anymore, including hotel sandwiches…practically no cheese, no eggs, no pastries…. When i asked the first waiter she said…yes i go see. After 10 minutes still nothing so i asked another waiter. He also said…i go see…after again 10 minutes he came to me and said…i’m sorry only bread no more sandwiches…. Meanwhile i saw a lot of other guests look for sandwiches. When i said that this is poor service and an hour before closing time this is not acceptable. He only said…i’m sorry. After 15 minutes, i only had some coffee and 2 little pancakes the 2nd waiter comes to me and said, in 5 minutes there will be sandwiches. After 8 minutes, meanwhile there were only 2 other tables with still guests, of course, it was already 10:20, he came with a full basket of sandwiches. Another little thing, we had to ask to fill the minibar, was included, because he only gave a new bottle of water. The following days minibar was ok but het did not gave water.

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr. Freundlich das Personal und einladend das Hotel. Die gute Lage zu den Bushaltestellen und die Nähe (5-10Min Gehdistanz) zu den diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war toll.

Wir haben einen Familienurlaub geplant, leider durften die Kinder nur bis 18 Uhr in den Swimmingpool. Der Kidsraum war auch nicht so toll… Den Fussballkicker konnte man sich nicht benutzen haben zu viele Teile gefehlt. Für Kids etwas zu langweilig.

The place is really nice, with a lot of choice to rest (swimming pool, spa, equipment for indoor sports...). The personnel is really kind and available. A lot of choice for the breakfast.
