”Staff very helpful, especially the young driver taking us back to the airport. We needed to connect to the bus for the Princess Cruise Line for transport to the Captain Cook Hotel. He checked with another bus driver to inquire if that was our bus. He went far and above his designated job. Greatly appreciated! ”

”The room was great, but please hire more staff. It took us 2 hrs to be served our food in the restaurant. One person was in charge of everything, which was no fault of their own. At breakfast the coffee ran out & it took way too long to bring more. Once again one server was in charge of cleaning their own tables & helping people.”

”Very convenient because it is very close to the airport. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfast with good options - cereal, bagels, bread, waffles, egg, sausage, yogurt, juices, fruit. One problem - the doors on my floor had a no smoking sign on them, but when I walked into the room, there was a cigarette smell. The person at the front desk told me that I could not change rooms since they were fully booked. Fortunately, the smell wasn't too strong.”

”The hotel is conveniently located, and the building itself looks very nice. However, as soon as you enter the property, you notice a clear lack of housekeeping. The carpets looked dirty. Once inside my room, which had two beds, one bed looked pristine, while the other looked messy, as if someone had already been lying on it. The coffee machine in the room did not work. I called the staff, and they offered to replace it, but I am still waiting for the replacement. In the restroom, I also...

”Some kids running around in room above me, I was going to call staff, but was able to put on my noise canceling headphones. It was around midnight. That was my only issue, it was so loud I thought someone else was going to call. It went on for over 30 min. ”
