At breakfast the coffee ran out & it took way too long to bring more. Once again one server was in charge of cleaning their own tables & helping people.”

”The hotel is conveniently located, and the building itself looks very nice. However, as soon as you enter the property, you notice a clear lack of housekeeping. The carpets looked dirty. Once inside my room, which had two beds, one bed looked pristine, while the other looked messy, as if someone had already been lying on it. The coffee machine in the room did not work. I called the staff, and they offered to replace it, but I am still waiting for the replacement. In the restroom, I also...
