”I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied. Staff was nice and friendly. Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub. Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

”I had a frustrating experience with this hotel due to disorganization and lack of professionalism. The airport shuttle process was unclear—front desk staff did not explain where to wait. (For reference, it’s across from Arrivals Door 6 at a covered bus stop.) I waited over 45 minutes because they forgot to call the shuttle. Once they did, it arrived in about 15 minutes. Amenities supposedly from the Resort Fee are less straightforward to materialized. eg. $10 credit for meal was reneged because it wasn’t clear if the waitress was supposed to take it and deduct it from bill. In my case she didn’t. When I checked out the Front Desk refused to re-imburse. The Breakfast included voucher for a fee specified for ala cart, but actually it was for buffet. ”I was exceptionally disappointed having paid $299USD for a room that looked like it was part of a horror film set. From blood splatter on the wall in the bathroom, two of three broken bathroom lights, black mold in the shower, busted blinds, squeaky beds and a horrid smell throughout. ”I love this hotel. Well priced, clean, updated, & I love that they have sound machines. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was that my room was right next to do a door that everyone has to go through to get to their lofts on the first floor so the door was loud late into the night and early in the morning. I would avoid room 122 when I go back. Other than that great stay”
