”Fantastic service!”

”The room was great, but please hire more staff. It took us 2 hrs to be served our food in the restaurant. One person was in charge of everything, which was no fault of their own. At breakfast the coffee ran out & it took way too long to bring more. Once again one server was in charge of cleaning their own tables & helping people.”

”Staff very helpful, especially the young driver taking us back to the airport. We needed to connect to the bus for the Princess Cruise Line for transport to the Captain Cook Hotel. He checked with another bus driver to inquire if that was our bus. He went far and above his designated job. Greatly appreciated! ”

”The hotel is conveniently located, and the building itself looks very nice. However, as soon as you enter the property, you notice a clear lack of housekeeping. The carpets looked dirty. Once inside my room, which had two beds, one bed looked pristine, while the other looked messy, as if someone had already been lying on it. The coffee machine in the room did not work. ”Very convenient because it is very close to the airport. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfast with good options - cereal, bagels, bread, waffles, egg, sausage, yogurt, juices, fruit. One problem - the doors on my floor had a no smoking sign on them, but when I walked into the room, there was a cigarette smell. The person at the front desk told me that I could not change rooms since they were fully booked. Fortunately, the smell wasn't too strong.”

”Room was quite rundown. Weather was sunny and room was hot all night long, no aircon. I guess room was so clean as possible, but feeling was not comfortable. Water was a real issue, hot water from all taps, very difficult to find cool shower temperature.”

”I arrived very late and was greeted very warmly. I got my room quickly and fell asleep right away.”

”While everything is great, the room is a bit small and all amenities such as fridge, microwave are in the common lobby. Otherwise perfect location for travelers not wanting to stay in Anchorage for more than a night, right by the airport.”

”Loved our stay at Staybridge Suites. Clean comfortable room, great water pressure in the shower, and the best breakfast, hands down, of any hotel that offers free breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful, lobby and breakfast area were so nice. We loved it.”
