Inexpensive no-frills stay. If you just need a place to crash and get moving on this one’s affordable. Lots of inexpensive, fast food restaurants nearby. Was great and the bed was clean, the towels, clean and orderly shower and everything working fine.

Very disappointing… told we had a non smoking room and smoking would render $100 fine. Room smelled horribly of cigarettes, bedspread had burn marks/holes. Very disturbing screaming in halls during the night I would have left if I could have gotten my money back

We are used to dealing with cheap dated hotels to get a smoking room, this place was better than expected from its reviews. I do not subtract points for old furnishings, wear, etc. It was clean. Fridge worked. Neighborhood is not as bad as other reviewers said, we were not harrassed by other guests or locals. Nearby is the best 24hr IHOP we've ever been to. TV had a big stripe through the screen and it was impossible to hook my firestic up. Oh well, will deal with that for our habit. Points subtracted bc SHOWER DID NOT WORK. NOTHING. So took sink baths for 3 days. Didn't bother to ask for it to be fixed. I'm sure it wouldn't have been fixed at midnight, otherwise we were busy out or sleeping. I do not let cheap hotel staff into my room when I'm not there, stuff goes missing. Showering now at our next stop, I bet they'll have fun with the next guest who thinks a smoking room comes with a shower.

It was a bit unsettling with the amount of tweakers outside & when one of them made it in she was asking for fentanyl. After I booked I read reviews of roaches so I brought special lights and didn’t find anything. The room was decently clean. The staff seemed tired but were helpful when needed! I’d recommend this place if you need a spot to stay for a night. I wouldn’t say this is the most family friendly of spots.

Non-smoking room since I was traveling with the kids. The place wreaked of weed. The halls were disgusting. The room was decently clean but that’s affording some polite comment. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. Until the replace all the carpet in the hotel and keep smoking outside or off the premises. Our luggage smelled just from going in. “About face, family”

A state of disrepair.
The building itself was in a bit of disrepair. Seems like it hasnt been updated ever. The trim along the hallway was ragged, the carpet was gross looking. The wood surfaces in the room, the bottom of the bathroom door as nd the cabinets, were all broken or worn out. The peephole in the door was gone and there was paper stuffed in it. We were in a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Enough that my clothes the next day smelled like cigarettes.

The Tv did not work what so ever was told nobody could fix it the heater was broken Gang violence and prostitution through the whole building!!!!!! Definitely not worth the $122 I was charged for I could of slept in my car for that nightmare

From the time of checking in,to breakfast,to checking out the staff was friendly and very nice. We have stayed there alot lately we are doing a signing for a house.so we do a weekly rental now.

Not very kid friendly
Every morning, the house cleaning staff would let themselves into the room even when there was a do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob. One morning I was fresh out of the shower, still getting dressed. There was always sketchy activity in the parking lot and the hallways smelt like weed 24/7.

The bed was broken. There was constant hallway noise and people coming in and out all hours of the night. I felt unsafe and was concerned for the safety of my property. Never again.

The place was over run with drug users smoking drugs and standing around all hours and all they’re it’s scary walking around. Luckily a friend let me stay with them Saturday,or would have been hostage in room or go in hallway to snell the stinch of burning drugs

Room and facility were clean but staff wasnt super friendly. I tried to extend my stay due to weather and was accused of having a dog, which i didnt, and was told no. I proved i didnt have a dog as they had the wrong room. They then said they didnt do extended stays which is comical as they let me reserve for almost 2 weeks to begin with so I packed up and moved to the hotel next door.

Unkempt unidentified persons were trying to get in through side doors and asking me through the glass to open the door for them. Dried drops of yellow urine and a curly strand of pubic hair were on the back rim of the toilet. The room’s coffee carafe was cracked. Washing machines were out of order. The microwave was rusty. The fridge had cigarette burns. I TOOK PICTURES. I asked for a transfer but the front desk told me to ask the day staff. But I was working in the day so I was stuck. And I was too tired to leave right then and there and it was late. I was eventually moved to a handicapped room which was cleaner and the appliances newer. But the evening vagrants hanging out by the side doors remained. The breakfast was limited to coffee, cereal, milk, and waffles. No OJ. And for $70 to $99 per night?! Totally not worth it. Actual pricing with what I went through should be $48 to $60 tops.
