”There is nothing near the location of this hotel - be prepared to travel a distance to eat. Staff was friendly but there is NO amenities. Share a bar of soap between washing hands and showering. A two in one shampoo and conditioner. We were told it was a queen bed - it was barely a full. Three half size pillows. One towel per guest. $10 chips in the snack machine. Light Breakfast provided was hot water and an oatmeal packet. No Iron, no do not disturb sign. It has a stench in the hallway...

”Under renovation (which is a good thing). Room was nice and clean (although carpets are stained in hallways and in room...hope that new carpetting is in the renovation plan). I didn't use pool or hot tub, but looked really tempting! The biggest beef was breakfast or lack thereof. Waffles (standard to most hotels nowadays, but all they had beside that was toast and cold cereal (but I didn't see any milk). Coffee was out. I ended up going to Denny's. Bed comfortable. All in all, I guess you get...

”Place opened in January so it’s still new. Room was good. Nice fridge, and kitchen area. Bathroom good and the shower was great with the adjustable shower head and decently deep tub. Coffee available in the lobby, dishes and cups in the dishwasher. We did know we had to bring our own pans and such. Staff is friendly and were all great. Walls/ceilings not as sound proof as I’d like since we heard someone(s) heavy footed late at night when we were trying to sleep. Wish they had a pool as AZ is hot...

”This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. ”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”
