”We arrived here late at night. Me and 2 kids. My kids dubbed it "the Royal Prison Yard of New Orleans". There were a group of kids chilling near the front door. There's a fence with a gate you have to go through to get to the parking lot. We ended up staying somewhere else as it did not feel safe to bring young kids into.”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”
