”Pros: The room was clean and bright. Free parking and perfect location. Cons: We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. We were reprimanded by hotel staff and told that our service dog must be with us at all times, which was both inaccurate and unnecessary. A properly trained service dog is working when needed and may rest in the room when appropriate. I felt very sad we were forced to take my service dog in the brutal heat because she couldn’t rest alone in the room. We have...
