”When we arrived at the hotel outside the checking in time frame (before) we requested a bathroom after driving for 5 hours; the attendant denied the use of the bathroom, saying they did not have one for the clients (paying clients). Very disappointing.”

”The property is in a great location, walkable to the boardwalk but away enough for some peace. The premium suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed room was stylish and immaculate. This will be my first choice when visiting Rehoboth Delaware.”

”They recently started charging $15 for parking. I think that's ridiculous, if more than one vehicle sure. Sent an online check in which did nothing but had to do again anyway (waste of time). Long line to check in at 4pm could be better. Why not have the pre-check in work and send text when room is ready to pick up key or send key info to phone and no key card at all. Great location. Tight parking spaces. Clean and nice size rooms. Decent pools and outside showers. Great size...

”I just did not have a good experience. Both mornings we were woken up to some kind of construction before 6am. I asked for housekeeping but no one came. The bathroom wasn't clean. The front desk staff was very nice. Also they didn't have the muffins anymore.”

We were reprimanded by hotel staff and told that our service dog must be with us at all times, which was both inaccurate and unnecessary. A properly trained service dog is working when needed and may rest in the room when appropriate. I felt very sad we were forced to take my service dog in the brutal heat because she couldn’t rest alone in the room. We have...

”The room smelled very damp and the hallway had a strong smell of urine. The toilet tank cover was visibly smaller than the tank and on backwards to cover the too big opening which still had gaps. We were not given enough towels for the number of people in our family. The room was not prepared with bedding for the pull out couch/bed that we required.
