”We were in town for a track meet. The hotel is cute and close to liberty university. We booked a business suite for more space. The rooms are large and have a washer and dryer in the room. Free breakfast is standard, well prepared and just what we needed to start our day. Nice hotel for a good price. The business suite has a 2 burner kitchen and full sized fridge and dishwasher as well. Worth the price.”

”If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay this is the spot to go to. It has everything you need and it's close to a lot of places that you'd want to go to. The stay was great. I highly recommend this spot.”

”While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room. It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight....

”In town one night for a funeral. Lovely staff, great breakfast and comfy room. Only complaint was ice machine didn't work....guess that's pretty minor.”

”One night family stay, bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off, sink faucet handle hits mirror above when using it, noticeable stain in middle of chair cushion, large dent in wall, bedroom curtain coming off of track. No ramp in front of hotel entrance. Need to carry luggage up onto curb. Expected a better maintained hotel. Staff was friendly.”

”Very friendly staff and clean facility. Just gave a 4 for clean because there was a lot of dust in the bathroom near the towel area and other surfaces. It seemed like room was in in use recently and staff forgot the dust the room.”

”It’s always a joy to stay here when we are in town. Front desk gentleman was great. Room was clean. Close to Liberty University and dining. Will be back.”

”The room (mostly the bathroom) was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower upon our arrival. The rest of the room seemed ok except for the spider webs in the corners of the windows. The front desk, cleaning and maintenance staff were great. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast spread was pretty good and they constantly had water available in the lobby. The property was well maintained and the pool chairs and area were kept in great shape.”

”I loved the location of this property on Wards Road on one of the main drives in Lynchburg and down the street from some of my favorite stores and restaurants. I also was impressed with the series of "Best of Lynchburg" awards this location has received for multiple years straight. Regardless of who was on duty, the staff acknowledged me and greeted me, the overall hotel and halls were quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast had everything I was hoping to enjoy and then some.
