”I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable for TV viewing and working on the laptop, and the kitchen was well-appointed for use by one person.
