”All was good except for the outer door. It slammed shut every time someone came through it. So, when the family with the little dog went for a walk at 5:30 am, the door slammed and woke my room up. If they could fix the door, it would make a huge difference. Thanks.”

”I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. But we are not picky people just want a room a toilet and shower and pray that the bed is comfortable and clean. Thanks again for getting a room on the...

”The room was more than sufficient for my 12-day stay. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable for TV viewing and working on the laptop, and the kitchen was well-appointed for use by one person. The only thing the kitchen was missing was a stove but it had a nice microwave. I appreciated the smaller but full refrigerator with freezer. It was helpful in not needing to go out to eat every night. The housekeeping staff was super nice and helpful, emptying my room trash during my stay. They...

She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay. She uplifted our spirits and because of her, when we return to Lynchburg, we will be staying at this location.”

”Everything was fabulous but what really stood out is that it was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel has a notice in the elevator about quiet hours being 10-7 and anyone under 18 needs to be with an adult if outside their room during these hours. ”
