Field above Diptford. Looking along the line of Holsome Lane which continues the line of Diptford Footpath 2 along the edge of the field shown in 1373772. The farm buildings are at Cross Farm.
Fields near Curtisknowle. This is prime agricultural land for the South Hams. The terrain consists of grassy plateau with steep sided wooded valleys.
