”Clean room but they charge for daily cleaning. Most of the staff was great. Had problems with room keys not working repeatedly. The plug in receptacles in the besides lamps were worn out and did not charge our phones. We didnt notice until the next night. Had two rooms and all four lamps had the same issue. ”

”This hotel was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay, we had nothing to complain about, the service was friendly but not "too much", the breakfast was decent, warm, but I love bacon and that was only served one time, the sausages not so good, bisques excellent, even the omelette were good. The bread and butter section was plain. Room are big, comfortable beds and pillows (I'm picky) Stowe didn't work properly, so no boiled eggs for me... Excellent location near the parks, 10-30$/Uber ride to...

”The staff was so kind and accommodating! We had fun watching the falcon nest on top of the sign while we dipped in the pool. You guys decide to live stream that let us know! Breakfast was great and with superior eggs! Cookies, early check in and held our luggage till our flight - we were truly spoiled! Also: We rented a car because we aren’t structured enough for the shuttle service but it was nice to have the option. Great stay, hope to be back someday. ”

”Property in bad condition, AC unit makes a loud noise, rooms are not clean, worst housekeeping service, saw black flies inside the room. We switched our room after 3 days because the AC unit was making a loud noise and they did not send anyone to fix it. So we had to change the room after 3 days. Second room was ok. The only thing we like about was the breakfast and kitchen staff. I would not recommend to anyone and not going back to this hotel ever again.”
