”Staff was great! Housekeeping was not good. When we checked in we were told that housekeeping would clean every other day. However, on the day of housekeeping the only things that were done were making the beds, taking out the trash, and two extra towels. Didn’t change sheets, vacuum, no liners in the trash, didn’t refill Kleenex, take out dirty towels or even give us a new soap for the sink. We used the same tiny piece of soap for 4 days! The sheets smelled a little musty even from the first...

We really enjoyed our stay, we had nothing to complain about, the service was friendly but not "too much", the breakfast was decent, warm, but I love bacon and that was only served one time, the sausages not so good, bisques excellent, even the omelette were good. The bread and butter section was plain. Room are big, comfortable beds and pillows (I'm picky) Stowe didn't work properly, so no boiled eggs for me... ”The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the free cookies in the afternoon. Our biggest complaint was that we were not told ahead of time that the pool would be closed for repairs during our stay. So the pool was only available the first night and was closed the rest of the week, which was disappointing. Also, the furniture in our room (chair) was stained and dirty. I think this property needs to upgrade the furniture. We also had trouble getting the tv remote to work,...

”My initial experience with both the woman on the phone and at the time of arrival was great. Very helpful and kind. Everything after that, absolutely terrible. And because of their excessive rudeness and unhelpfulness, it unfortunately overshadowed my experience with my wonderful experience with staff before that. Would not recommend this hotel due to the unprofessionalism and dirty tubs (unable to even rinse off inside it during my 4 hour stay). Would've hated to stay here longer than one...

”Mukava pieni hotelli. Kaunis aula. Oma uima-allasalue viihtyisä lisäominaisuus. Kätevästi mahdollisuus nauttia kahvista, teestä ja omista eväistä. Huoneen siisteys ja kuluneisuus silmiinpistävää. Sanoin, että tulen takaisin, kun huoneen kokolattiamatto on vaihdettu laminaattiin tai vastaavaan. Olin aivan tukossa pölyn ja lian vuoksi. Sinällään uusi kokemus, mutta ei myönteinen. Harmi, jos hotellin omistaja antaa vikojen eskaloutua ja asiakkaiden kadota. Huoneen kalusteet ja pesualtaan...
