”Okay 4 star hotel with average service. Problem with the staff is that many don’t speak English or understands it poorly. Also you need to tell them many times what you ordered because they forgot it if some reason. Clean and ok beach in general. A bit of prison feeling because of walls around the hotel(next hotel on the other side of the walls) You better ask them a quiet room or otherwise you will have noise until late evening. Food is “good” if you pay a bit extra to get the preferred club...

”It was spacious, confortable and with different areas to spend time and enjoy. Good A/C in common areas and rooms. An elevator would be good to get to the 3rd floor as well as conforters in the beds and not just the bed sheets.”

”Cet hôtel est vraiment incroyable pour son rapport qualité prix. Belle chambre, belle plage, belle piscine, bonne salle de sport. Je recommande vraiment le personnel est également top ! Comme Alejandra au buffet « Windows ». Le restaurant japonais le soir est top. Seul petit bémol les réstaurant le soir sans réservation ont parfois un beaucoup d’attente. ”

”It was a very nice area but the hotel is old and the personel not very professional. The room was old an not like in the pictures. Also the personal wasnt very friendly actually found them rude. The food was horrible we found worms in cauliflower actually 2 times. ”

”Our room had really bad air and a horrible smell of mold. The service was often quite ignorant but mostly nice. At the Terrace bar, a waiter named Robinson was the best! Great with the hotel is the beautiful beach. Food was okey.”
