”The staff welcoming you to the property took 45 minute to talk address us and there was a lack of familiarization with the property. For how much you spend they should definitely show you around other then point out a few things on the map. However the activities staff including- especially Enmanuel and Abel were absolutely outstanding! ”

”El hotel está bien, me gustó la playa muy amplia y linda. La comida bien, y lo que mencionaría seria que las habitaciones a veces faltaban cosas como toallas, o no hicieron la habitación una vez. El entretenimiento excelente, Maria muy buena y buena onda estuvimos en el Yhi Spa un poco de falta de comunicación con los precios pero disfrutamos de nuestro masajes. Las reservas de restaurantes se puede mejorar el proceso de gestión aunque al solicitar hablar con el manager el Sr. Juan Carlos...
