Only thing is when you check in they don’t mention anything about the parking but when you book it says there’s parking on site.. I charge you $15 for parking but on the website it says it’s $13.. It just would really help if they told you upfront.”

”I arrived earlier than expected and asked if the room was ready. It wasn’t and I didn’t mind waiting for the room to be cleaned. I returned about 4 an additional hour after check in. I received my room and upon entering the room I noticed a dead ant on the bed, I was unsure if it was a dirty bed sheet, mishandled bedding or unrelated but shortly after I found a trail of ants that were making their way around the room and to the bed. This led me to noticing the floors not being thoroughly cleaned...

”It was an eight day stay, and I needed to do laundry. There’s a total of two washers and two dryers for the entire property. The machines only take quarters versus credit cards. You have to go to the Front Desk to get quarters because there’s no coin machines next to the washing machines. However, the Front Desk will only give you quarters if you have cash.
