”The entire hotel REEKED of pot smoke. It was revolting. The pool was disgusting; no one in their right mind would use it. Our room smelled terrible ALL the time - have the A/C units ever been cleaned out? The desk chair in the room was not only broken, but the seat had two large gashes in it. The armchair back was ripped up. The flower pots outside the front door of the hotel held absolutely dead "plants". The staff was nice enough, but whoever owns this place is not putting enough money back in...

”Every interaction with the staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean and quiet but due for an update. Wireless was fast and easy to access. We also enjoyed our dining experiences. Our only concern was the somewhat slow service at the touted Prime Steakhouse but we think it was just our server… and to be out of Tiramisu when you only have four selections for dessert was quite the letdown. Still the Circulo Lounge made up for it. Hence the five stars.”
