”Great, renovated hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. I felt safe in a not so great area of Santa Ana. They have security and you need a room key to access literally anything on the property, even the lobby bathrooms, which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was great, lots to choose from and good tasting. Only thing my kids complained about was no jacuzzi and I could have used some stronger coffee ;) But those are more preferences than complaints.. I’d stay here again if we ever had the need....
”The staff was helpful and prompt when we needed things. It is an older hotel but the staff seems to take good care of it and want to be friendly and attentive. There is restaurants within walking distance and things to do nearby. Near the south and north entrance to I-5 which made it a quick trip to Disneyland. There was a security guard that walked the property which made it feel safe. Worth the money. ”
”Older property but very well maintained. While rooms and coomin areas would benefit from facelift, everything was very clean, towels and linens very good quality and overall good stay. Breakfast a bit above average. ”
”Amazing property. We stayed in the cottage, it was perfect! We were staying there in preparation for our son’s wedding and we had more than enough room to do hair and makeup and store all the wedding props. ”
”A perfect place to stay if you’re going to a Ducks’ game, since the hotel is right across the street from Honda Center. Clean rooms, a decent breakfast and affordable parking. I would stay here again.”

”This was our 6th time staying in this hotel, and again we were really satisfied. As usual the hotel was really clean, the front desk was amazing and the rooms were also nice and clean. Breakfast was good and wednesdays evening social was also a nice extra! Poolarea was beautiful and clean. The only thing we didn’t quite like was that they now charge for parking. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay perfect!”
”Hotel was amazing it is in a little bit of a weird location but not too bad. We did experience a rough situation with parking but they ended up accommodating us for it so it worked out we loved everything about the stay and definitely will come back and stay ”
