良かった点 ・とても広くて清潔だった。 ・トラブルが起きても、マネージャーさんが誠実に柔軟に対応してくれて、とても嬉しかった。 ・ご飯は現地の料理が味わえるコーナーや、アイスやドーナツなどのデザートもあり、幅広く楽しめた。 ・ドバイファウンテンを、プライベートな空間で何回も一望することができた。窓ガラスさえなければ、ここ以上の場所はないと感じた。 少し困ったこと。 ・違うホテルからアルマーニホテルに向かったが、タクシーが入れないらしく、ドバイモールの中を歩き回ることになった。素直にフロントに電話をし、迎えに来てもらうのが1番早くて良いと思う。 ・iPadの操作で電気の明るさを確認できるが、 慣れるまでに少し時間がかかった。 ・カバンがなかなかこなくて、外に出られないことがあった。その後の対応は１つ１つが本当に素晴らしく、新しいホテルに来たみたいだった。 困ることはあったものの、ここに泊まることができて本当に良かったです。

For the amount you pay and for the hotel standards you are staying at it could be a lot better! My advice would be to stay at atlantis the royal rather than burj khalifa, it is perfect for a day trip snd do the burj khalifa tour, but armani hotel is not what it sounds like, Breakfast was the best thing, room is very tight and small and same with the bathroom, for a suite and once agajn for the amount you pay it’s genuinely bad

アルマーニホテルのスタッフは親切で良いが、デザイン重視で部屋の動線、洗面、珈琲マシーン家具全て使いづらく、扉と廊下が全てデザイン重視で同じの為、案内看板も少なく迷いに迷い、極め付けは、ショッピングモールまでの道のりが、長過ぎて、びっくりしました。 スタッフは全員優しく良かったですが、アルマーニホテルの立地、アルマーニリストランテの期待値が高過ぎたのか、デザイン重視にするとこうなるのか、、と疲れ果てました。
