Don't expect to get sleep in this hotel
There is a nightclub in the hotel on the ground floor bwhich they do not mention when making a reservation! We heard the noise (music, loud bass) to our room on the 3rd floor and asked if it would be possible to change the room. They moved us up to the 6th or 7th floor I believe but we could still hear the music. Additionally, the air conditioning in this new room was super loud and echoed through the walls to the bed so we had to sleep on the wrong end of the bed, as far away from the walls as possible. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the noise during the night. The hotel is quite far away from the main attractions. There is a metro stop nearby but we ended up using taxi for almost everything as it still would have taken hours to reach the other side of the city. Taxis were no problem for us but keep this in mind in your travel budget if you end up booking this hotel. Breakfast was decent. The staff were helpful.

Great place to stay, nice location
Nice hotel with great service and location is near metro stations and Deira "old town". We had a four-night stay in this hotel and found nearly nothing to complain at. The first impression of the hotel was, "WOW, what a service and great place to stay and spend some time together!". Breakfast was delicious, but rather expensive if not booked in advance. All in all, I would stay again in this hotel!

Service with a Smile
The hotel was situated in a good place for me and my husband, who are senior citizens. The metro stations (green and red) and the supermarket were not far away. The staff was very helpful, polite and everyone could speak English (to my surprise). Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of choice. I'd appreciate if it were included in the room price.We felt that we got special service: pineapple juice as a welcome drink, birthday cake as a surprise, catching taxis etc. If you appreciate these things I'd recommend this hotel to you.

Juuri remontoidut hyvät huoneet
Huoneiden remontoinnissa oltiin onnistuttu todella hyvin. Huoneet ovat nyt erittäin toimivia ja niissä on kodikas tunnelma, materiaalit ovat korkeatasoisia ja äänieritys on hyvä (mitään ääniä ei kuulunut huoneeseeni) . Hotellissa on erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvät palvelut tarjolla.

Oikein ihanat huoneet, hyvä palvelu ja sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla. Metro, ruokakauppa ja ravintoloita ihan vieressä. Iso ostoskeskuskin ihan kävelymatkan päässä ja Dubai museo. Näkee paikallista elämää, ei liikaa turisteja ja halvemmat hinnat kuin esim. Dubai Marinassa. Suosittelen.

The property is well located. Close to the airport. The room was a bit small, but cozy. They are making improvements to the hotel. As was evident with the new windows, and a modern restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious!! My room had some paint peeling and some tiles missing in the modern, updated bathroom. So, theyre working on it. I could walk everywhere on the island. I even walked to the ferry and took that to Male for the day. I would stay there again. Theres no pool.or fitness room. The ocean is just 100 meters away. Turquoise bgreen beautiful water. Get up early and catch the sunrise!! Lots of mosquitos. So bring deet!

We have stayed at this property numerous times when it was a Four Points Sheraton. However on this occasion under the Majestic brand we have not had a good nights sleep as the hotel houses a club of some sort which blasts base until nearly 3-4am which makes sleep nearly impossible even on the 4th floor. Clearly soundproofing is lacking and when we have reported it we have been advised it is not a hotel run club and not in their control. Disappointing as one pays to stay at a hotel so one can get good nights sleep. Sadly I would not recommend this venue as the noise it unbearable even on the 4th floor. I asked for a higher floor but was assured 4th would be fine as was pre-warned by my family who stayed on a lower floor. Sadly quite disappointed and pleased to be leaving tomorrow.

Bon séjour. Cependant la chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre fumeur. Il y avait une tres forte odeur de tabac froid imprégné dans la moquette, les rideaux et le canapé. Malgré quelques pulvérisations de désodorisant par la personne de chambre, cela n'a pas suffi à enlever cette odeur.

Right place to stay for a tour around DUBAI
This hotel stay was very good in all aspects. Everything was almost near by distance 30-40 minute drive. Shopping malls, restaurants, etc. The staff were very helpful. Commendable service by Mr. Alex and the team.

The hotel is about 15 mins taxi ride from airport.. a few shops nearby.. walkable distance to metro.. very friendly staff…we managed to get a high floor with a city view.. the only negative point is bathroom a bit old. Overall good stay

Overall the stay was good. Unfortunately there is a club downstairs that is open every night from 9 pm - 4 am. This is not advertised on the listing. I had to complain and move rooms due to the noise.
