Paras hinta laatusuhde. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Uima-allaspuoli varjossa, ei haitannut. Lasten kiva pikkuallas lämpötila siinä +35. Mukava höyrysauna. Dubaissa käynyt jo 5 kertaa, tämä paras valinta tähän asti. Aamupala kattava ja hyvä. Toki jos on taviksella on varaa niin varmaan parempiakin löytyy mutta normaali palkansaajalle todella hyvä valinta.

Hyvä hotelli. Hyvä aamiainen. Netti toimi hyvin huoneessa suurimman osan matkasta, jostain syystä ei parina viimeisenä päivänä?? Ei saatu kuntoon. Jos miettii uimista/auringon ottoa hotellilla niin kannattaa miettiä muuta hotellia, allas tornitalojen välissä ja aurinko ei sinne paista. Jos käy beach clubeilla/rannoilla niin tästä ei haittaa.

Todella hyvää palvelua saatiin, huoneemme vaihdettiin pyytämättä suurempaan ja siivous oli hyvin toimiva. Aamupala hyvä, perustasoinen. Uima-altaat olivat lähes koko päivän varjossa mikä oli harmi. Hotellilta oli helppo kulkea taksilla ja metrolla.

Todella hieno hotelli hieman sivussa keskustasta
Hieno ja siisti hotelli. Todella hyvä aamupala ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ilmaisella bussikuljetuksella pääsi kätevästi rannalle. Metroasema ja yksi iso ostoskeskus lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, mutta ihan hotellin lähiympäristö oli vielä osin rakentamatonta tai keskeneräistä. Kokonaisuutena todella hyvä hotelli ja ihan mukava uima-allas.

We were supposed to be staying 9 nights at this hotel but after all we left 3 days early. The mattress was as hard as a rock, and the pillows were like sleeping on a deflated balloon. I woke up with a sore back and neck every morning, and I was grateful to finally check out and get a good night's sleep elsewhere. I will give credit to the staff that tried to help us but in vain and the excuse was always the same "it's an old hotel".

This hotel is right next to an extremely busy road and even on 30th floor was noisy. Housekeeping was regular and good but the rooms are extremely dirty in terms of carpets full of stains and filthy, grout in bathrooms and shower heads full of mould etc. We stayed half board during Ramadan and management had decided it would be a Moroccan buffet - every night - really shouldn’t be selling half board if that is the choice made. Wouldn’t recommend half board anyway as no atmosphere, no drinks offered and food covered in flies. If you are coming to Dubai for a holiday we would not recommend this hotel.

The public areas of the hotel were clean and nicely presented. However, our apartment was tired and needed a thorough clean especially the carpets which were stained. The bathrooms also needed a deep clean. The lounge/dining area was fine. A number of requests for house keeping went without action and Reception had to be reminded several times. We were not advised that evening meals would be based on Moroccan cuisine during Ramadan so were surprised at the limited variety. The hotel is conveniently located and use of the Metro is good, however noise from cars on the motorway was loud even though we were on a higher floor. The windows did not dampen the traffic noise. The windows were also very dirty which obscured what would have been a lovely view. The staff were welcoming and friendly especially those in the dining area.

Happy with Novotel Al barsha
Our experience of Novotel Al Barsha is really good The hotel’s location is excellent we stayed in a two bedroom suite which was massive and perfectly cleaned the suite had basic amenities the only complain we had was no milk was provided and upon enquiring we were told it was because the hotel has recently switched to being sustainable and thats why no plastics are being used I believe glass bottles or a milk carton would be a better alternative and will serve the sustainability purpose too We booked half board but enjoyed the breakfast the most lunch is usually better and has a changing menu whereas dinner in the 365 restaurant dint seem very popular On a few days we were woken up by a loud bang outside our suite and that wasnt very pleasant!! The hospitality staff is very welcoming and polite I personally would like to mention Vikas and Muskaan and the chef who makes delicious beef briskets (forgot to ask his name) for their friendliness and open communication They all made us feel special and cared for ! The hotel has many restaurants on site we tried swiss butter and it was good (not great value for money though)

Vi boede der i 12 nætter og hottellet var flot og indbydende. Morgenmaden var kedelig og var det samme hver eneste dag. Ingen variationer. Vores ophold var overordnet godt. Lækkert pool område, dog lidt småt og ingen sol, meget blæsende. Personalet var imødekommende og venlige. Dog var var deres manager uhøflig med en episode som vi havde hvor der kører en shufflebus til stranden hver morgen kl. 9.00. Der fik vi lov til at vente i over en halv time på bussen uden at den kom. Vi fik af vide at den var lidt forsinket. Det skulle vise sig at den slet ikke dukkede op. Der stod vi en håndfuld mennesker meget skuffede. Der vi konfronteret deres manager om problemet, sagde han bare at det var ærgerligt men at vi bare kunne tage en taxa. Hvis jeg ville tage en taxa så havde jeg nok ikke ventet på bussen. For at det ikke skulle være løgn, sprang der også et vandrør på vores sidste dag midt om natten på vores badeværelse hvor vandet fosede ud. Det tag dem omkring en halv time om at fikse det. Men der stod hele badeværelset undet vand. Igen, dårlig håndteret fra managerens side. Ham har de sgu ikke været så heldig med. Jeg vil ikke bo på det hotel igen.

Not clean at all wr arrived and the room wasn't ready. While we are in the suite the washer mashine fladed with hot water and I have 2 babies 1and 2 years and after they fixed it they didn't clean. Next day the Lamb fall on my hawad. I don't recommend it at all

Bra sted. Genial beliggenhet nære Metro. Flott utseende , god og rikelig frokost. Men rommet var trangt, og på veggen inn mot badet og på badet, veggen inn mot oppholds/soverommet var det fuktighet og mugg. ( se bilder) vi ble ikke syke der og da, men det er ikke bra for helsen. Såpass mye at jeg har vurdert å be om refusjon på en del av oppholdet. Håper Expedia kan hjelpe meg med dette. Personalet var suverent.

Room was neat. View was great. Breakfast was good but more changes could be made to daily breakfast menu. Late night service needs to be improved as requests don't get fulfilled often. Metro is close by. Receptionist Eva was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

It was quite bad. The pillows in this Novotel were the worst and the staff had no ideas on how to get better pillows. Housekeeping insisted that either coffee sachets or milk pouches are not given in the room to use with the hot water kettle. So as a policy they would only give flavoured tea and sugar in the room For coffee / milk you need to order and pay.

Below Average Breakfast and Ageing property
The paint in the room was peeling and generally looked very old. The pullout bed (sofa bed) was pathetic with a 1.5-inch mattress. The mattress cannot support the weight of an adult. This is for namesake only and don't fall for this feature/option. Breakfast is a cut-copy-paste daily without variation and below-average in taste. The only saving grace is the staff who are polite and friendly. Overall, the property does not meet the Novotel Brand.

I booked a room that said would accomodate 3 people. But when I inquired to get a cot, they said the room would not hold it. I had to upgrade, for a fee of course! I dislike false advertising but lately hotels have beeen notorious for this. Loved that it is next to a supermarket and metro station. Would stay again.
