I stayed one week from 24.11 to 1.12.2019 in this hotel. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful area in Sharjah next to Ajman border, but is still easily reachable from Dubai or shopping centres. The hotel is very spacious from inside and I enjoyed the very nice and big room overlooking to the city. The amenities in the room were very good, the room was always very clean and the whole atmosphere in the hotel exceed my expectations. I used almost all restaurants in most days and the food amount and quality was very good. Laxmi overlooking the breakfast, offered excellent service and seemed to be top in her job. She remembered my room number and name from the second day...something I could not do if there are hundreds of people staying at the hotel. On the Arabic food restaurant, two ladies (one with blue dress) were very service minded and I felt very much welcome. Unfortunately I did not catch their names. I was also impressed about the swimming pool and sea area and took advantage of staying there every day. There was always enough sunbeds and not too many people reserved seats even they were not present. Also the concierge/front desk department worked very well and I felt very happy. Especially Alam offered excellent service and he made sure that I got into my trips and was always asking about them afterwards. All in all, I am very happy for staying at this hotel. Next time in Sharjah, I will choose them again.

Great ensemble
Great over all experience. The staff s willingness to serve and help was extremely good in every place at the hotel. The hotel itself is sophisticated and very clean, but still very cosy. Rooms are spaciuos and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was nice and there was a lot of choices for everyone. There are some websites that have complains about the hotel gym. But from our point of view the gym was more than enough, great even! The appellants may have a lack of imagination(or they don´t know what to do there), if they say that the gym is not good... The beach is nice as well as the pool area. Would really come back here!

Sheraton standards applies, its a quality hotel
It was a great week in a sunny Sharjah for me and my fiancee. Hotel services were up to the standards I was expecting. It was actually really difficult to find a hotel which would have a nice balcony and private beach, since most of the hotels especially in Dubai area were limited in this sense. Service level was flawless, everything from checking in to cleaning, room service, etc were up to the highest standards. Beach area was clean and easygoing and comfortable. This vacation was mainly for relaxation, so we spent a lot of time in the beach area. It's good to mention here as well that there is no alcohol available in the hotel or anywhere else in Sharjah and this, along with other factors, makes the hotel really friendly for families with small children. Food in the restaurants was tasty and it was nice to start the day with breakfast, which contained vast amount of alternatives. Only really negative remark regarding this hotel comes from the local area, as there are really limited options for moving around by walking, hence there is no proper sidewalks. Anyhow, the main street of the beach with malls and Starbucks etc places is located few hundred meters away and its easy to get there by walking. Locals seemed to be friendly and polite, no crappy mercenaries bothering your day, and therefore difference e.g. to Egypt is tremendous. I'd be happy to recommend this hotel for families and couples whom are seeking to spend quality time by the beach or pool.

Hieno hotelli rannalla
Hotelli on iso ja siisti. Hyvät ruuat ja hyvä palvelu. Hyvä kuntosali lomalla treenaamiseen. Club - huoneisiin sisältyvä lounge hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa todella hyvä, siellä saa käydä päivän mittaan niin paljon kuin haluaa juomassa kahvia ja virvokkeita ja siellä on myös päivän mittaan vaihtuvaa pikkupurtavaa. Lounge oli siis käytössä ihan pelkän aamupalan varanneillekin, eli ei tarvitse olla all inclusive. Uima-allasalue on iso ja siisti. Allasbaarin palvelut toimivat hyvin ja he tuovat tarjoilut rannalle saakka. Mitään minimarkettia ei löytynyt läheltä mistä voisi ostaa huoneeseen juotavaa ja purtavaa, eli kaikki täytyy tilata hotellilta.

New hotel at Sharjah
New hotel at Sharjah that still has some teething issues. Hotel is beautiful and located at the beach. Unfortunately some parts are still being constructed in Feb16. We had an issue with shower drainage and the issue seemed to be with building quality as it was impossible to dry the shower, leading to a feeling of dirty room. Restaurant, beach and staff are nice. The traffic jams to Dubai are an issue if you plan to visit Dubai. No alcohol served as the location is in Sharjah.

Honestly really disappointed by Sheraton. Won't call it 5 starts hotel. The reception people could have been more friendly. All the other staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but definitely not the price. Busy hotel, we paid for the supreme King with balcony and sea view, but we didn't get it and had to fight for it, which was really odd. I understand if it was a special request, but we already paid for that future. We got a decent room after telling him we would cancel if we didn't get that room. I also asked to add my points; they took my Marriott membership number, but nothing was added.

Hotel fantastico sotto tutti i punti di vista: confort, pulizia e servizi eccellenti. Bellissima la spiaggia privata attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare a capodanno e di partecipare alla cena di gala che rimarrà tra i ricordi più belli.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch hätten wir die unterkunft nicht gebucht, wenn wir gewusst hätten dass diese Ortschaft streng gläubisch ist sprich es waren unsere Fliterwochen und wir konnten nicht gemeinsam in den Wellnes oder Fitness Raum alles getrennt wie auch etwas zusammen trinken es gab in der unterkunft und in der ganzen umgebung keinen Alkohol mit dem wir mal anstossen könnten. Um etwas zum unternehmen mussten wir selber schauen da die Dame die das machte nur Russisch konnte und uns dies nicht weiterhielf somit schauten wir selber um etwas zu unternehmen. Die Preise im Hotel waren teurer wie in der Stadt Dubai selber lag wohl daran dass man nirgends in der Nähe was essen konnte oder sonst was. Thema Sauberkeit die ersten 2 Tage wurde sauber gemacht bis in jedes Detail jedoch die restlichen Tage nur noch Frische Frottetücher und Bett wurde bezogen. Das Personal wie gesagt war sehr freundlich aber wenn ich gewusst hätte das alles getrennt ist Mann/Frau und keinen Alkohol nirgends hätten wir es nicht gebucht waren leider enttäuscht zu wenige Infos über dieses Hotel.
