”Before I have always enjoyed of staying in Address chain and I even bought penthouse from the Address brand. The facilities are very nice, breakfast is amazing and the pool area is stunning. But this time it was not enjoyable at all. Room was located next to main road and noise was very loud when people are speeding and revving their cars during the night. And then during the day there was construction work going on and you needed to listen the drilling whole day after you haven't sleep at all...

”This hotel is fantastic! It made us looove Dubai! Everyone was very nice, specially Found, He was very professional, friendly and provided outstanding customer service :) The location is perfect!! 3 mins walk to the Dubai Mall. Highly recommended!!”

”I stayed at heritage hotel in November, this hotel has an amazing and close view of the Burj , very close to dubai mall, close to food courts, rooms were clean, maintained every day, the staff were very courteous and kind enough to bring our food deliveries to our room everyday, room service was very quick too. ”The room was great and spacious. Location is excellent as it is a less than 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Go to the Apple Store to get to the balancing to watch the Fountain show. Staff is great with great communication and service. Highly recommended.”
