”We stayed one week, its a great location, just around the corner from burj khalifa and dubai mall and hotel looks great and the surrounding construction doesn’t bother that much.. but you can clearly see it is a new hotel.. the front desk staff didn’t seem to have a clue what to do and were calling the room to get their mistakes fixed. ”Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed it so much! The Apartment was clean, fully furnished. Comunication with the team was easy and they all were extremly helpful and kind. We even got our room a bit before check in time. Mall is just accross the street! Really amazed and looking forward to come again. ”

”We spent six nights at the Palace Downtown. Decission to stay here was based on location and price/quality-ratio as well as the wish to stay in a more "Arabic" hotel than a high-tower-one which all are the same. In hinsight location could not have been better; in the center of everything next to the fountains and Bur Khalifa and still with a real garden and pool.
Service was excellent in all aspects; we had dinner in three of the hotel restaurants and luch twice; all goo.

”Before I have always enjoyed of staying in Address chain and I even bought penthouse from the Address brand. The facilities are very nice, breakfast is amazing and the pool area is stunning.
But this time it was not enjoyable at all. Room was located next to main road and noise was very loud when people are speeding and revving their cars during the night. And then during the day there was construction work going on and you needed to listen the drilling whole day after you haven't sleep at all...

”I stayed with my family for two nights. I had not realized when I made the reservation for the four of us that the price included only bed for the adults. Mr. Belek at the reception fixed this before I even got my mouth open with the greatest friendliness and we got such an amazing room. The view from the 25th floor, see the actual photo!

”Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

”Recently my wife and I spent a couple of days in Dubai , UAE. We stayed at the Creston Suites Holiday Homes.
Location was very central, literally part of the Dubai Mall.
Standard of the accommodation was very good.
Amenities were more than adequate
Out contact person, Mahmoud was obliging and a real gentleman. He helped us with our luggage, explained everything thoroughly and helped us get a taxi
