Horrible service, no air conditioning, beds are very uncomfortable. This hotel needs some updating….Restaurant was closed at 6pm because they couldn’t keep up but the restaurant had no one in it. Location was great and food was very good (if you get service…)

This hotel was easy to find using public transportation. We arrived in the morning and were able to drop off our bags at the front desk until our room was ready. We returned closer to check in time and were told our room wasn't ready (it would have overlooked the church across the street), but if we wanted a "garden view room" we could check in immediately. I said yes for sure the garden view I assumed would be more quiet than over the street. The room was nice and had plenty of room for our bags, us etc to relax. The view was awful. It overlooked a parking and unloading area where the dumpsters were located. It also faced directly to a residence building which meant when the curtains were open they could also see us as clearly as we could see them. The unloading area was loudest early in the morning and late at night when they were dumping or picking up trash or dropping off items. Other than the view this room was very nice. It did not have a hairdryer which I realized only after I washed my hair. Not a big deal as I had time to let it air dry to fix. The bed was very comfortable. We were only there for one night before moving on to another town. We did visit the bar on our only night and the staff there was extremely nice. We had breakfast in the restaurant on our way out of town and it was served self serve buffet style. It was very good as well. If we had a different view I would rate this hotel 4 stars. Everything else was just great.

Location was ideal. Walkable to most of inner city and Guinness. Room was ok…shower had virtually no water pressure and TV signal was intermittent.

On the plus side, the staff is excellent, as is the hotel location. Unfortunately, I found the entire 5th floor extremely warm during my entire stay. The food was plentiful but bland. The room's bathroom door has a hydraulic closure which doesn't allow it to stay open. I doubt I will stay again or recommend it. Sorry.

Though the room was clean, but small the noise from the front side of the hotel was distressing from the hourly church bells! If you're a light sleeper, this may be an issue! Restaurant staff appeared to be minimally trained. Front desk staff was always helpful, respectful and competent. I would stay there again for sure!

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. We got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes on the second day. One elevator was out of use after that. They need someone to clean up the front entrance. Cigarette butts over flowing on both sides falling out of the butt container. The French guy behind the desk was awesome in helping us throughout our stay. Never got his name and feel bad that I can’t name him for you but they were all really great!

Nice place to stay in Dublin. Close to bus routes. Walk to Temple Bar area, across the street from ChristChurch and Dublina. Room was clean, small but practical bathroom. Lighting in the room could be better. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent and offered at a good price. Location was very good and the room was clean and beds very comfortable. It did not have a blow dryer, a safe or a door in the closet. There was only 1 outlet in the room for charging our phones, so it was not too convenient for three people’s and the bathroom door closed by itself. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel staff were accommodating, helpful , pleasant, gracious and made us feel welcome. They gave us directions and recommendations as needed. The room was well furnished and stocked. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

Hotel was very good location and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Beds were comfortable and the location was right near Temple Bar area. Shower is the only real drawback as it was quite narrow and the shower controls were ridiculous for the 21 st century.

This was my first trip to Dublin. The hotel is convenient to a lot of attractions, including Christ Church Cathedral which is directly across the street. The staff were very nice and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage until our rooms were ready for check in.

Property was conveniently located with in walking distance to shopping eating attractions. Bar was quite lovely. Some of the staff weren't very accomodating or helpful. Unable to assisit in booking vetures, trips, cabs etc. Ammenities were at a minimum. Cleaning was good. Room clearly needed repairs. Breakfast buffet wonderful.

Location location location. Literally a short 5-10 min walk to the temple bar area and restaurants. Easy to find as its opposite a large church. Walking the other direction you’re about a 20 min walk to the Guinness factory. The hotel might not be sparkling new but it does the job.
