Great, but…
The hotel was very nice with excellent views. The only negative thing was a group of UK people who totally ruined our pool experience with their excessive drinking, shouting and playing loud music.

Mukava hotelli
Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Aamupala mainio, samoin maisemat. Ympäristö kivan rauhallinen vanhaan kaupunkiin verrattuna. Luontoa ja lenkkipolkuja lähellä. Kylpyläosastolla kivat pienet saunat, mutta altaiden vesi, jopa porealtaassa oli kylmää.

Ihana hotelli. Maisemat huikeat. Bussilla numero 4 pääsi keskustaan hotellin edestä näppärästi. Aamupala loistava. Illallinen ihan hyvä. Ilalliselle pitää pukeutua siistimmin. Vähän kylppärissä tuoksui ummehtuneelle. Sisäuima-altaan varaan ei kannata laskea. Palvelu oli erittäin hyvää. Wi-Fi ei toiminut huoneessa.

Nice, small hotel with excellent location
The hotel is perfectly located within 2,5 km from the old town, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff, and even got our room 2 hours earlier than originally expected. Altogether, the staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. We stayed 12 days in July, and on most days our room was cleaned during the 20 mins we spent at breakfast. We had half board, and at both breakfast and dinner, there were always several options to choose from in the buffet, and enough variety during the stay. The food is good, honest, and well-prepared. We had a top floor seaside room, and every night we got to enjoy the sunset from our private balcony (worth paying the extra for!). Like others have mentioned, the room was a bit dated, but very neat and clean. The hotel has a small pool area, and the pebble beaches are nearby. There are a few options to rent chairs and umbrellas from, or you can opt for a free beach as well. The water quality at the hotel pool was checked each morning. Altogether, a lovely stay at a nice, small hotel, a good retreat from the tourist masses of Dubrovnik. The guests were mainly adults, some families travelling with teenagers.

Hyvätasoinen hotelli meren äärellä
Hyvä hotelli lähellä rantaa ja alueen palveluita. Huoneesta kaunis merinäkymä. Erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen, toimiva ilmastointi, wifi, huoneessa tv ja iso parveke. Myös hiustenkuivaaja, kylpyamme poretoiminnolla ja laadukas toilet-kit ilahduttivat. Hotellissa on hieman 80-lukuinen henki sisustuksen suhteen (raskas puukalustus, kokolattiamatot ym.) mutta muutoin kyllä siisitä ja toimivaa. Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta aulassa. Ilmainen parkki! Vaikka hotellissa ei ole luksuksen tuntua, hinta ja laatu kohtaavat, voisin hyvinkin asua täällä uudelleenkin.

Mukava hotelli.
Hotelli oli ihan hyvä. Aamupala monipuolinen, oli riittävästi vaihtoehtoja. Spa kaipasi hieman remontointia ja siivousta. Olimme pääsiäisenä siellä joten kaiketi ennen kesä sesonkia tapahtuu korjauksia. Wifi oli hieman huono, hidas ja katkeili välillä. Auto parkkipaikkoja oli niukasti. Bussilla 4 pääsi vanhaan kaupunkiin suoraan, kylän keskustaan kävelikin, matkaa noin kilometri.

Vanhat tv- laitteet, syytä olisi uusia ne samoin kuin kalusteet ja tekstiilit, jotka olivat menneiltä vuosikymmeniltä. Siistit huoneet ja hyvin äänieristetyt. Matkavarauksen mukaan huoneen hintaan piti kuulua kylpytakit ja tohvelit, mutta näin ei ollut. Hotellilla aivan liian vähän parkkipaikkoja asiakkailleen. Uima-altaat auki ilta myöhään klo 21.00 asti. Hotellin henkilökunta hyvin eleetöntä, saisivat olla hieman ulospäin suuntautuneita.

Kolmen tähden hotelli, neljän tähden luokituksella
Hotelli oli meille aivan ok, kun emme kaipaa luksusta. Olen ollut muuallakin 4n tähden hotelleissa, ja ne ovat kyllä olleet huomattavasti laadukkaampia. Siellä täällä paikat hieman rempsallaan, mutta ei haittaavasti. Aamupalaan kyllä kyllästyi jo ensimmäisen viikon jälkeen. Toisella viikolla tuli juotua lähinnä kahvi. Buffet-päivällinen on valikoimaltaan hyvä, mutta aika mautonta sapuskaa. Henkilökunta on todella mukavaa ja avuliasta.

The hotel is in beautiful Uvala bay and our room had good view to the see. It provides good possibilities to walk in nearby. Hotel has good connections to the old town by buss three times a hour and until late. Staff was friendly and well informed.

hotelli arvioituna neljän tähden arvoiseksi, mutta ei ihan yltänyt odotuksiini. asiakaspalvelun taso oli erinomainen, työntekijät olivat mukavia ja erittäin auttavaisia tarvittaessa. ilmastointi ei toiminut huoneessamme, onneksi matkamme aikana lämpötila pysyi kuitenkin siedettävissä rajoissa. matkamme kuitenkin sijoittui high seasonin ulkopuolelle, joten kaikki palvelut eivät olleet käytössämme.

Ystävä'llinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Huone oli hieman pienempi kuin kuvat antavat ymmärtää. Myös parivuode puuttui, vaikka se oli varauksessa. hotelli oli siisti ja runsas monipuolinen aamiainen. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan tien vieressä, joten jonkinverran liikenteen melua saattaa kuulua.

Girls trip to Dubrovnik.
This hotel is in a great location. It overlooks the sea and is only a short walk to many great restaurants and gift shops. The bus into old town is right out the front. The hotel itself is a little tired and dated but the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating and offered assistance when asked. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel for what it is needs some updates. Simple things to elevate the experience. Shower was leaking all over the place and room was outdated and stained carpet and yellow caulking around the bathroom. For a spa place it was clean but no robes and staff while friendly was not registered and or trained in massage therapy. Walked away more sore and stiff then relaxed. Disappointing as main reason of staying at this hotel was for the spa experience. Staff was great and beyond friendly. Location is perfect and close walk to the sea and bus is a short trip to old town.
