Palveluiltaan vaatimaton, hyvä sijainti
Majapaikan sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa oli keskeinen, mutta toisaalta sijainnin takia myöhään iltaisin kuului sisään asti yöelämän ääniä ja aamuöisin katujen pesemisen ja tavarakuljetusten aiheuttamaa melua. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, mutta sitä ei siivottu kertaakaan 5-päiväisen majoittumisen aikana. Majapaikassa ei ole omaa vastaanottoa, mikä ei ollut käynyt minulle varattaessa selväksi. Vasta vastapäisen ravintolan työntekijän avulla selvisi, että virkailija piti soittaa paikalle muualta.

Ravintola oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotelliin kirjautuminen ei lupausten mukainen, vastaanotto paikalle vain soitettaessa. Huone oli siisti, muutenkin ok.

Great location.
Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik.

Great location, the restaurant served great food and the staff were friendly, but room a little tired now, Toilet seat broken, the window didn't open but didn't shut either and was very noisy all through the night, Wifi didn't work well.

Great location in Old Town Dubrovnik with restaurants right outside the door. Room was clean and in good shape. Due to the location can be a bit noisy earlier in the evening or early in am as they are getting restaurants ready for the day. Not an issue with ear plugs and window closed.

Needs a Refresh
The location is perfect but the noise level above the restaurant was very loud. The lighting was poor and bedside lamps were malfunctioning. It needs a refresh in aesthetics. We loved the area and the restaurant was great for dinner.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero nos toco la habitación de la planta baja y se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba fuera del hotel. La habitación no tenía persianas ni cortinas black out por lo que te despertabas ni bien empezaba a haber claridad. No se si alguien limpia pero tuvimos un día y medio con una cucaracha muerta en el hall de entrada del hotel y nadie lo limpio

The location is what makes the place worth it. We had our room to the streets and it was super noisy the whole night outside and inside the building. The hot water didn't last for 3 people and the shower head was broken.

Family Trip in Old Town Dubrovnik
Stay was great. Excellent location in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. Tezoro restaurant across the street was amazing as well.

Sketchy check in process. Waitstaff of Tesoro restaurant from across the building checked you in with key to room and security code to front door. They take picture of your passports and send it to the hotel management. We were assigned room on first floor and it smelled of sewer the entire time.

No luxury. But simple and clean rooms
Nice location in the old town. The room was simple and clean. Air condition and fridge is nice in the summer. Bathroom was ok. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. Almost unusable on the second floor.

Cheap - yes. Good - no
Host took pictures of our passport which made us really uncomfortable, details and everything. We had no warm water whatsoever during the three out of four days we were staying. Made the shower pretty much useless considering the amount of sweat and saltwater you need to constantly wash off in Croatia. Host was also not very polite and seemed bothered by the questions we had, didn’t feel good considering we were paying for this. We were also told we would get 20% off the menu if we ate at their own restaurant at the hotel. We did but the water said in order to get the discount we needed to remind them in advance, so we told him at the spot that we were owed a discount but he still did not change the price. Very disappointed.

Hotel fica numa zona perto do centro histórico. Existia um odor intenso vindo da casa de banho provavelmente relacionado com a canalização. Todas as infrastruturas são bastante antigas.

Great location in the heart of the old town, but I wouldn't recommend it for a winter stay. The bedding was insufficient for the winter, and the window wasn't exactly air tight so we we're rather cold overnight. There was an air-con with heating function but this wasn't working. I rang the given number and asked that this be looked at (there were no staff onsite ever) but it was not. Eventually I realised that the batteries in the remote had run out and I purchased some batteries myself to fix this.

Noisy location at all hours without room service
Family vacation for four- rented two rooms. Very noisy all hours of the day/night and terrible service- no toilet paper replenished for two days. Door lock was broken. Good location for activities but too loud to sleep.
