”The property is very well looked after & staff are fabulous. Ellie in the morning at both breakfasts and our check in & out was great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We ate both times at the pub, breakfast & dinner, I think the menu is too big which led to some inconsistent dishes being serviced. Breakfast first day had no toast but on the second day had toast. 2 hash browns second day but 1 first day. Little things like this don’t mean much but breakfast is the last...

”Great room , bed perfect. very quiet , great A/C, Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner ( attention to detail - previous occupant's hair grips were on the floor). Biggest let down was Breakfast. very transport cafe. Staff seriously struggling to keep up with turnover of customers .”

”It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!”

”Not a very good environment. People staying there seem to be living in the hotel. There is no AC and the rooms and corridors have a very bad smell. No suitable, especially not for the price.”

”This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. There is ample seating outside which is great on a summers day,The grounds are kept beautifully. The hotel is an old building, unfortunately no air conditioning in the bedrooms due to the age of the hotel, but fans were provided, as we visited on the hottest day of the year. ”2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

”Not walkable to the castle- unless you fast walk for 40mins! Not a short stroll as advertised - it’s in the middle of an estate (not so nice ) Make you pay £££ deposit or no check in details Make you sign this ridiculous document also to say if they had to take deposit off you because of damage- you can’t leave them a negative review! Got signs everywhere to remind you not to make noise/ switch off lights etc - doesn’t make us feel relaxed Strange smell in games room and first floor...
