”Absolutely loved our stay. For starters the hotel in general smelled AMAZING! Having 3 children can be a lot, but we had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and even called to see if we needed anything after we settled into our room. The suite was super clean and cozy and gave condo vibes. The breakfast was also very good and had plenty to choose from. Parking was a breeze and convenient. We will be returning! ”

”So if the staff are reading rhis, I wonder if a Platt or a longer Platt name has ever stayed there, other than me? I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer).
I had a magical stay. I enjoyed the rooftop. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better.”

”Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)”
