First things first, this hotel is not cheap. They offer parking that's why we booked it, turns out they only have like 10 parking spots and people need to figure out their parking on street, sometimes blocks away from the hotel, they parking lot itself is open and not safe at all. We paid for a KING deluxe room wich was big and had a desk. and they gave us a small room with a king size bed, no desk and no chair... like we wouldn't notice, we went to reception to complain and she was condecending about it, but gave us another small room with a desk not the one we booked. There were plenty of people complaining about parking spaces and there is only one person doing everything. At least the hotel was clean.
