”Great place to stay”

”The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. ”I stayed both in the seafront and standard room. The rooms are comfortable and relatively new. Nice decoration with underwater photos and art. There might be noise from outside sometimes but you can hear the ocean. Comfy bed and hot water in the shower. The staff is friendly and the place is being cleaned and maintained constantly. I liked the buffet, Not too big, but enough options for a non-meat eater, too, fish and veggie options every time.”

”Everything was great but I suggest adding real agave to the bar for making drinks. The artificial sweetener tastes like poison in those drinks. People pay too much money to come to these resorts and the drinks don’t have real sugar in them! Y'all can’t be that cheap.”

”Customer service was the highlight of my experience. They are very lovely and kind, always ready to help with a genuine smile. It doesn’t feel like they’re being nice just because it’s their job kindness truly comes naturally to them.”
