”Excellent Stay at Latitude – Highly Recommended! Initially, we were skeptical about booking a short-term rental in an apartment complex. We were also concerned about the location since we were attending events in New Orleans. We were impressed with everything Latitude had to offer. The parking was excellent, with a designated space in a lot secured by two gated entrances requiring access codes. The lot was extremely well-lit, and the multiple coded entry points made us feel safer than we have...

”Average hotel”

”Our room was spotless and had extra pillow and blanket which came in handy. Love the body lotion in the bathroom in addition to the soaps and conditioner. Very nice stay and large comfortable room. Sweet and helpful staff. 5 stars for me”

”Had a nice stay, I have no complaints.”

”The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future.”

”It’s gated I liked that.”

”Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!”

”Very comfortable bed and very quiet.”

”We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!! Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood. If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

”Not a hotel - just a room with a bed and no chair. There is no one attending the hotel - no one to check you in or ask for room service. There was a bar adjacent but not connected to the hotel. There is no elevator so I had to lug heavy bags up three fligths. No service during a 6 night stay - no coffee or water (not even a glass) or fresh towels. On the last day the woman at the bar gave me a number to text. I got an automated "good morning" from a bot and no response to my...
