”No rating for the room since we were never able to enter it! We reserved and paid for a room on the same day for which we needed it (6/18), because our VRBO home rental fell through. When we arrived, the clerk, Carina, said there were no keys available. If we had to leave the room, we'd have to find a staff member to let us back in. ”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager.
