”The quality of service, has deteriorated considerably especially in front desk. The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). On the other hand, they have an impeccable house keeping service. The hotel, rooms, location all are very very good. ”

”Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable. ”Five star hotel without the luxury, unfotunately. Although our room was maybe the best I’ve ever been in any hotel anywhere with large balcony, small kitchen and a walk-in closet everything in it was quite worn out and far from luxury. This feeling was encahnced by the lack of maintenanc: our room wasn’t fully cleaned before our fourth day of staying! Same applied for the gym, floor was covered in dust for three days in a row.
