”Where do I start we got to the hotel on the first night go to the room to find there was no bedding for the kids we got charged for breakfast the next day for the kids the staff are useless the pool was closed by 7pm even tho is stated it was open till 9pm all the carpets in the hall way were taped down or ripped up the place is a joke for the price we paid”

”This Race Course branch of the Chain does everything it says on the tin. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast choice. Having to fork out for parking is unwelcoming. Outside of race days whats the point.... a few miles down the road the member of the chain doesn't charge. So I go there next time. Otherwise no beefs.”

”Room was nice enough but not practical ..... lighting was poor, there were no bedside cabinets, there was no dressing table, there was one easy chair and one stool (it was a double room so why not two chairs) bath/shower not guest friendly, the bath plug/drain did not drain properly which resulted in my having to stand in very hot scalding water for my shower and getting bright red feet as a result, there was no toilet brush either which is a basic hygiene matter. Bar etc was comfortable enough...

”The staff were friendly but very green, during an evening meal and breakfast we had to ask several times for things like water, coffee and toast and some of these things didn't arrive at all. They are pleasant but need more training on staying on top of orders and clearing the tables. Breakfast is strange with you being charged £17 to have access to the continental and light breakfast menu, and then you having to pay an extra £5 for more premium items like a full English. Why not just say it...
