The Full Residence combines The Upper House and Garden Suite to create a spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests in the heart of Edinburgh's prestigious New Town.



Please note that the property consists of two separate accommodations within the same building: The Upper House and the Garden Suite. The two units are not internally connected and are accessed separately.



Together, the accommodations provide five bedrooms, generous living spaces, kitchen facilities, and access to the garden. The Upper House occupies the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, while the Garden Suite is located on the basement level.



This arrangement makes the property particularly well suited to larger families and groups seeking additional privacy while staying together in one location.

Guest Access:

● Guests will have access to the entire property.

● The property consists of two separate accommodations that are not internally connected.

● The Upper House occupies the upper floors, while the Garden Suite is located on the basement level.

● The Upper House is located across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

● The Garden Suite is located on the basement level.

● Please note that there is no lift in the building.

● There are 42 stairs in The Upper House: 21 stairs from the ground floor to the 1st floor and 21 stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.

● Access to the Garden Suite requires 16 external stairs.

● Garden access is included.

● Number of stairs: Upstairs: 42 (21 ground to 1st floor, 21 1st-2nd floor)

● Basement: No internal stairs, external stairs to basement is 16



Check-in Information:



Guests will be welcomed via a meet and greet service. If arrival is outside Guest Experience operating hours and a meet and greet cannot be arranged, access will be provided via a self check-in lockbox.

● Paid on-street parking is available outside the property. Charges apply Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Parking is free from Friday at 5:30 PM until Monday at 8:30 AM.

● The property is well connected by public transport.

● Edinburgh city centre can be reached within minutes.

Edinburgh Airport is approximately 30 minutes by car.
