No. 53 Frederick Street, Guest House in Edinburgh City Centre is situated on the second and third floors of an original Georgian townhouse dating from circa 1820, in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town.

The Space:
Room 11 is a spacious triple room on the 3rd floor, with 1 Super King and 1 Single bed. This welcoming room has lots of space for 3 visitors and has a modern en-suite shower room.

The cosy and friendly Edinburgh Guest House is just a minute’s walk from Princes Street, with stunning views of the New Town, Princes Street, and, from some rooms, Edinburgh Castle. This is an elegant and spacious guest house, typified in the welcoming open hall with feature bow wall and staircase to upper floor.

The newly decorated bedrooms are each individually designed to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, having all the modern conveniences but still retaining a classic environment, including magnificent original carved Adam fire surrounds Scots pine panelling, cornicing and en-suite shower rooms.

Getting Around:
Edinburgh Waverley Station is within easy reach, around 15-minute walk, or half this by car. Both bus and tram services on Princes Street and York Place, offer regular connecting transfer to Edinburgh Airport. Haymarket Train Station, is within 20-minute travel time, and there is now a convenient tram stop at nearby Murrayfield Stadium.
