"Breakfast was late. Biscuit gravy was cold. Wet, stinky towel in the elevator. Staff was barely accommodating. Empty liquor bottle in the stairwell. Air conditioner made a loud knocking noise. Hammer banging above us during our afternoon nap. Will not stay there again."
