”We were warmly welcomed the moment we arrived with a warm smile and cool bottles of water. Our room was very clean and the style up to date. We were treated to a complimentary appetizer at the sports bar and enjoyed a very delicious platter of nachos. The bartender/server was absolutely delightful. Our stay was wonderful.”

”Perfect location close to LAX and car rental agencies. However, they did not provide a pick up from the airport even when we called in to request it. The walls were paper thin, one could here the talking in the next room clearly. Noise from the traffic and even airplanes was also well present. The whole building had been painted resently, and the entrance does not look like anything in the photos. The pool is tiny... The room itself was clean and had all the necessary stuff. The shower didn't...

”Stayed one night before flying out. The property seems very high end for its star rating. Quiet, clean, comfortable. This was honestly better than most 4-star hotels in the US. Parking is $20/day, in case anyone is wondering.”

”The hotel required 500$ charge on credit card for staying. And then their system made random charges on my credit card (which were cleared after my vacation) worth 680$. In total they had 1180$ worth of pending charges for staying 2 weeks. So be prepared to have enough credit. The stains on carpets were unpleasant and the torn bed sheets were a dissapointment (they changed them to another torn sheet). The room was renovated but plumming was old so the sink didn't drain. Last 3 days the smoke...
