”The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There were more items to choose from for breakfast than any other hotel I have stayed at! The building itself was dated but for the money it was worth it.”

”Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again”

”I did not feel that the room and common areas were remarkably clean. I noticed hair in the shower before we used it, and just general grime in the bathroom. The carpet also had spots. In the breakfast area, the cabinets were sticky and dirty. I opened them to find a plastic knife.”

”I booked the room for me and my wife so we can attend a nearby wedding in an effort to avoid driving home at night. We checked in with only enough time to change clothes and head to the wedding. We returned to the room about 11pm tired from a good time pulled back the blankets and the sheets, mattress liner was dirty and soiled. We took pictures and went to the front desk the attendant was very combative and refuse to look at the photos also the building smelled like cigarette smoke so we packed...

”The property was in excellent condition. Every area was clean and decorative. Staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast had a lot of options. Seen gym and sorry I didn't have time to use any of the equipment. We will use this Hotel every time we're visiting our Family.”

”First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”

”Our room was great and very clean! The staff was so nice and was great with my toddler. Waterpark was amazing for my little one!”

”The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.”

”Loved it. A lot of personal touches. Very Romantic setting worked out great for rekindling an old love that if I was wiser I would have never let her go.”

”The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”
